2. Slider: i am using 3 sliders in my home page created through page builder. i have selected the auto slide option for each of them but the slides do not slide automatically.

Lets have a look on the issues.

1) To turn off categories is simple. I assume you use page builder as mentioned in second bullet. So go to home page and find the portfolio row. On the top right corner is ‘pencil’ icon, so click it to edit portfolio. Scroll to very bottom of the option modal window and there is switcher for categories show on/off.

2) Same for slider. You have three slides wrapped in one big row with the whiteboard icon. Edit it and there is option for autoplay and interval of autoplay. Set it as you wish.

Regarding that page redirection by yoast. Im not sure if I get it what you want to achieve there. So you want to have the standard ‘click-on-the-portfolio-item’ redirected thru yoast and opened on the new tab, right?

Maybe would be nice, if you can give us preview link so we can see it, and create admin access for us to have a direct look on it. You can reply login/pass in private message.

For the portfolio redirect – you got it right: on clicking the image in new tab that respective portfolio link to open.
in one of the help topics i saw you suggesting using yoast plugin for redirect. but i am unable to do it for the new tab.
can you also suggest how to add pagination in the portfolio section.

i am sharing the login details in pvt msg.

1. PORTFOLIO NEW WINDOW

To open portfolio items in a new window you will have to override the portfolio template. To do so please read this topic:

Override shortcode template in a child theme

it talks about “ish_recent_posts.php” but you should work with “ish_portfolio.php”

once you have it in your child theme please open it and look for

$return .= '<a href="' . get_permalink() . '">';

and replace it by:

$return .= '<a href="' . get_permalink() . '" target="_blank">';

This will make all portfolio items open in new window.

2. SLIDERS AUTOSLIDE
