The same thing happened on my mobile site (https://ayubihs.com/).
My cell-phone is GALAXY S3.

Orange square at the top

I turned on-off the option [Display Sticky Nav on tablets and mobile devices] many times like him, but the empty square didn’t disappear.

I’d like to turn off the option, please help.

Please try again turn on “Sticky Navigation” for mobile devices.

we don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/ on your server.

But we have solution that should solve your issue.
Please add this code into your custom CSS section.
This should remove orange square for screens smaller then 768px.
