I noticed when the header reaches the .ish-decor-bottom .ish-theme-rotate when scrolling down the font color changes to white. I can’t seem to find where to change this color to something else. Please help. Thank you!

This is the CSS responsible for that. The reason behind it is that pink heading on pink background would become invisible. You can play with the mix-blend-mode values to tweak it to your needs. You can add the the tweaked custom CSS to “Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS”.
