If the lead section is displayed and is empty the title will we shown.
Otherwise, if there is a content in it, you need to use the [the_title] shortcode.

Is there a reason to change it or could you please explain your scenario?

“wp-content\themes\minicorp\assets\framework\wp\options\custom-functions.php”

and more specifically on line 263

and change it to:

You can play around with the code to tweak it to your needs. But if you use the shortcode inside the content it will be much easier to place it where you need it.
