However it doesn’t seem that clear as to how I reproduce it on my website (inserttitle.co.uk).

What steps do I have to follow in order to produce this?

They are linking to “parts” of the same page in the navigation. You can edit the settings of any row in the content and set the ID of that section. E.g. “contact” then when editin your navigation, create a custom link and set the link like “https://inserttitle.co.uk#contact”.

The page will then scroll to the right section smoothly ;)
