I’m testing my website to launch and found on the error_log file several errors pointing to the same source:

[24-Jul-2015 18:44:30 America/Sao_Paulo] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/assets/backend/vc_extend/helpers/vc-functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/cms/wp-content/plugins/ishyoboy-boldial-assets/ishyoboy-shortcodes/ishyoboy-shortcodes.php on line 962

The only particularity of my WP installation is that it is not in the root folder. Instead it is installed on the “cms” folder. Is that a problem?

It is called when for some reason the build in page builder is not loaded and when Visual Composer plugin is not active. So in this case it should happen only when you have our assets plugin activated with a different theme.

I guess this is something you shouldn’t even investigate unless you’re planning to use the plugin with a different theme.
