Maybe you need to re-save the permalinks. Please go to “Settings -> Permalinks” and hit the Save button. It will regenerate all rewriting rules which should solve the problem. If not please provide the whole URL of the page so we could inspect it.

Could you please provide a link to the page and admin account for us to log-in and have a look? Please provide them in a private reply in here so only we can see them.

Also do you have the latest version of the Theme and the Assets Plugin? Their are mandatory for the theme to work correctly with WordPress 4.5. Please make sure they are updated to their latest versions before providing the access.
