Is there a way to do this since it just all shows up automatically when you turn to the portfolio template.

Unfortunately this is not possible without custom template where the PHP code would manually be changed. It should not be hard to do though our newer themes already have this functionality but unfortunately not Creolio.

A skilled web developer should be able to do it in 1-2 hours max.
