I updated to WP 4.4.1 and now my website doesn’t display and I have the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_map_get_attributes() in /home/s19adf9e/public_html/nferrer.com/wp-content/plugins/ishyoboy-multicorp-assets/ishyoboy-shortcodes/ishyoboy-shortcodes.php on line 189

How can I solve this?

Please keep the theme and assets plugin at their latest versions at all times. The new versions are released to fix any problems with new WordPress versions.

You should always keep in synch:

1. The theme
2. The IshYoBoy Assets Plugin which comes with the theme.

They should always have the same version numbers and keep them updated whenever we release a new version.

Please let us know if updating them solved your problems.

The theme can only be updated via downloading it manually from ThemeForest (your downloads section). Then please follow the instructions in the documentation regarding the update process.

I Use the latest theme from themeforest…
and use child theme.. but child theme doesn’t overide asset folder.

What do you mean by:

but child theme doesn’t overide asset folder.

Leave the child theme as is. Just make sure you have:

– Multicorp v1.4
– IshYoBoy Multicorp Assets v1.4
