Seems like the given widget is not available on your site. It is the Jetpack’s Gallery widget. Please access this url:

[your-site-URL]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules

There make sure that the “Extra Sidebar Widgets” module is activated.

when this module is active, you can try to import it again or you can simply include this widget manually into sidebar in section “Appearance -> Widgets”.
