The Ultimate_VC_Addons plugin is made to work only if you have Visual Composer installed as a separate plugin. In our case, we use Visual Composer as a base for our builder and it is integrated within the theme as we needed to fix some bugs that were present in it but the VC Team took too long to fix.

You may still install Visual Composer as plugin but we can only confirm compatibility with version 4.3.5.
