Make sure the “Featured Image” checkbox is ticked in the “Screen Options” settings in the top right corner of the product’s edit page.

If you can see the “meta box” in the right column at the complete bottom but nothing happens when you click on the link to add an image then please make sure there is no JavaScript Error on the back-end. It might be preventing WordPress to work as expected.

Could you please create an admin username for us. Please register it with e-mail set to hello@ishyoboy.com

Either check the option to send the password automatically or paste:
1. the lohgin URL
2. username
3. password
4. URL of the administration page where the image is missing

Make sure that it’s set as private so only we can see it.

We can then log-in and check what is wrong.

P.S.: Have you tried:
1. Deactivating all plugins
2. Deleting and re-installing WooCommerce
3. Checking if there isn’t a JavaScript Error?
