First of all welcome to the Boldial family! We’re sorry to hear you are facing initial troubles but don’t worry we’re here to help ;)

1. What is the problem exactly? Please provide as much information as possible
2. Do you have any error messages? If so, please provide them.
3. Is it a fresh WordPress install or an existing page? We recommend a fresh install
4. Do you have the latest WordPress version (v 3.9.1). If not make sure to do so.
5. Have you followed the installation steps we have described in the documentation file that is provided along with the theme?
6. Do you have any plugins installed? Maybe try to disable/uninstall them as they may be interfering with the theme installation process also they shouldn’t
7. Is the PHP version on your server higher than 5.3?

If you look into all these, we guess the problem will be solved ;)

Please try again.” It is a fresh install WordPress and it is the latest version. I followed the instruction but still I cannot upload Boldial.zip. The PHP server is higher than 5.3.

What should I do?

Could you please create an admin username for us so we could log-in and see what the problem is?

Please create a username and register it for “hello@ishyoboy.com”. Make sure to tick the box and make WordPress send the password automatically to us.

thank you very much for our request. We’ve checked it and the problem is that your current PHP server configuration would need to increase upload limits.

You could do it in your php.ini configuration file but the more easiest way is simply to upload Boldial WP theme through FTP client and then simply activate it inside WordPress. For more detailed description please refer to this link. You can find there exact step by step process how to upload your theme manually and it is much safer than changing your php.ini file.
