It states it is incorrect.
As this is the only purchase order for this website I don’t know how to fix this.
I read somewhere that these error messages can happen when the author includes plugin with the website theme.

Please help.

Could you please let us know which plugin you mean?

If it is a third-party plugin the updates will come only with the theme update or if you request it from us. Every time we release a new update of the theme, we attach the latest versions of the plugins which come along with the theme.

To be able to update them on your own right away, you need to purchase a separate license which will be your own and will allow you to access the plugin support as well.
