I guess this plugin generates a JavaScript Error. Please inspect what the error is and eliminate it. Once the error is gone the page will work correctly again.

As noted in the original question the problem is caused by a third party plugin. This is a theme support page and the support is mainly aimed at problems/questions about the theme, not third party plugins.

We love to help you guys when you face problems with the theme, but you have provided neither a preview link to the page where the problem occurs, nor a description of what the JavaScript Error is.

Moreover the mentioned plugin is not a free plugin but a premium plugin which needs to be purchased, so we cannot just install it and test it right away. Have you tried identifying the error or contacting their support team?

In such situations we at least try to point you to the direction that needs to be inspected in order to find and eliminate the error and we believe that you will then know what to do since no details were provided.

We’re very sorry to see you are frustrated but we thought the information we provided above will be enough for you to identify the problem.

Regarding the remark about having a second JS problem with the theme… If you remember, we did help you resolve your previous problem, although it was very specific to your server configuration only and again was caused by a plugin not the theme. We did provide the solution right away, but it was ignored for a while and another topic was opened until the problem was resolved using the original suggestion that we provided…

Anyway.

1. Could you, please, provide more information about the JavaScript Error that the theme causes?
2. Do you have a link where we could see it?

First, sorry for the previous message. I was really nervous about the problems with the launch of the company website. My apologies for being rude.

Secondly, I inform you still having trouble when trying to use form plugins. I tested Quform and ARForms, unsuccessfully. Messages do not arrive at the server. I contact the server, and they just set the configutation. Not solve my problem, thow.

Finally, I decide, for now, use the Contact Form 7, even, as it is compatible with the Boldial theme.

Here are some thoughts that might get us closer to resolving the issue?

1. Have you tried inspecting the PHP Error Logs? Maybe there is a problem with the standard “mail” function.

2. Do the plugins provide an alternative way to send the mails? E.g. trough another server, e.g. Gmail?

3. Have you tried them with the default WordPress theme to see if they are working as expected with the default theme?

4. Can you provide a page where such plugin is implemented so we could inspect it and maybe provide more info?
