The Max its showing it 140px but it looks really small.

you can increase it via custom CSS code.
Insert this snippet into section “Customize – > Additional CSS”.

Don’t hesitate to adjust values as you need but if you apply bigger value as 180px, it can cause some problems. ( e.g. overlap your header a little bit )

Therefore it will never be stretched vi the theme to become bigger as it would look pixelated and ugly. Please upload a bigger image or if you do not mind the logo being stretched then try something like this:
