I’m interested in knowing how to create the look and functionality of the Home-Freelance example page for the Multicorp theme (parallax style). I have a client that wants the exact same look and layout, but with different texts, images and icons, and I’m not sure how to create it in the theme.

You can use the demo data import to have the mentioned page imported as any other page and then continue from it.
