Are the related posts set inside the product’s settings? Have you recently changed any setting? Added new plugin, uninstalled a plugin, updated plugins, updated WordPress? Was it working fine before? Is it happening on all products?

This functionality is not controlled by the theme at all as it is a part of the WooCommerce plugin. Make sure to check all settings. We see no errors on the page. Maybe check your PHP logs as some plugin or modifications might be preventing it from working correctly.

But first try the settings of the products and each shop to ensure the problem is not just a silly, easy one
