There seemes to be a plugin or custom code adding Google+ link before your header right after the body declaration:

boldial_line_below_header

It adds:

<a href="https://plus.google.com/114489600982000740650" rel="publisher">Google+</a>

If you remove it, everything will be fixed.

As far as I remember the code should be put inside the <head> not the <body> tag. This way it is not output into the content.
