I am trying to remove the tagline and believe I have disable it. …
But its still showing up when I scroll the page.
I would like to keep the navigation in place without the sticky background..
I have search the forum but nothing relating to what I am trying to accomplish

Take a look at the site link provided the grey shade background at the top is still sticky..

How exactly have you disabled the “Tagline”? There seems to be something wrong as the navigation is not changed from “sticky” to normal once you scroll back up. Have you done it via custom css code and html structure changes?

Anyway, to disable the “background” of the sticky navigation menu you can simply use this css code and add it to “Custom CSS” under “Theme Options”:
