Scroll effect on home arrow.

Hi There

Thanks for an amazing theme. Once I figured out how it all works I soon realized that it’s probably the most versatile WP-Theme I have ever worked with. I do have a couple of questions before I am set though;

1) It seems as though somewhere down the line I messed up the “Scroll down to see more features” arrow on the initial landing area of the home page. It no longer performs a roll-down effect/animation when clicked. Any ideas on how to fix it?

~~2) SVG Icons: Is there any way to add custom icons or to replace the existing ones with a custom icon?~~

~~3) Is there a extended licensing option available for this theme? If so how much is it?~~

Please help us keep the forum organized and keep only one problem per topic. Could you please open separate topics for the two other problems? Thanks

So “Scroll effect on home arrow”.. Do you have any JavaScript Errors? They might be causing the problem. Also 3-rd party plugins might be generating JS errors and preventing the site to work correctly so try disabling them all to see if any of them is the cause.

Also please make sure you have a section with ID the same as the link that is not working anymore. if the id is “features” the link should link to “#features”.

Hi, I have the same problem on any arrow or link to an id element in the page, it just jump right away without the scroll effect, I’ve disabled the plugins but still doing the same, I have the latest update on April 2016.

Hi Joyvel,

this issue is related to WordPress v4.5 and VC 4.11.2 updates. We’ve already fixed it but updates are still waiting in themeforest reviewing process.

To fix it manually it’s really simple, please have a look at this topic to see how.
