Wanted the search to be able to search our PDF’s that we upload, can you or anyone recommend something that will work with the theme search or something that we can do to allow the PDF’s to be searchable?

We have never used it but have you tried this plugin:

It states that it indexes PDFs but we cannot ensure its compatibility.

Feel free to try different plugins as well.. We’re sure there are many out there that solve this functionality. This was the first one we found in google :)
