You can simply add the code of the icon you need into the “CSS Classes” input field of the Menu item details. If you do not see it there, make sure to enable the field by opening “Screen Options” in the right top corner and checking its checkbox. To hide the text, simply add “hide-text” class. To get the icon class you can create a new page, add an icon using the page builder and in the edit window hover the icon you need. The class name will show up in a second in a tooltip bubble.
