Shop product thumbnails

Hi there,

I am trying to resize the product thumbnails in woocommerce, but they are not updating on the product page. Instead, the images are large and blurry.

The page is here https://mondayrecords.com/product-category/music-3/ The thumbnails have been set to 100×100, but as you can see they are still appearing at 258×258.

Can you please tell me how to get these sizes right?

Hi there,

We see you have already found the solution yourself :)
The images are set to stretch to 100% of the default column width which is 258px changing the image size will not help.

You need to add additional CSS to the “Custom CSS” field under Theme Options -> General Options to make sure the image is not stretched. You can use something like:

/* Make sure Woocomerce Catalog images are not up-scaled */
.woocommerce ul.products li.product img.attachment-shop_catalog, 
.woocommerce-page ul.products li.product img.attachment-shop_catalog{
	width: auto;
	max-width: 100%;
}

/* Make sure Woocomerce Catalog images are not up-scaled */

.woocommerce ul.products li.product img.attachment-shop_catalog,

.woocommerce-page ul.products li.product img.attachment-shop_catalog{

width: auto;

max-width: 100%;

}
