I have a problem with slidable shortcode. I set it up to have 4 sec intervals and autoslide as yes. The problem is that the slides do not run automatically.

Thanks for spotting it. You are right. The slider starts only after you hover the mouse over it. We’re trying to find a fix for this.

This one is a bit tricky as it seems the problem is inside the slider we have used with this specific configuration.

You could open the file:
\wp-content\themes\boldial\assets\frontend\js\main.js

And edit the code around line 1217 and comment out the following code:

I tried to modify the code but it didn’t work and I went back to the earlier code. But now when I run my slider instead of the side arrow for next slide some codes appear. Please help me how to delete the code.

Seems like there is some error in the file. Please replace it with the original one. It shall, solve the problem. The above mentioned code works so just make sure you have no JavaScript Errors when making the modification. You can use your browser’s console to see if there are any errors (Perfectly Google Chrome’s).

Another reason could be a collision between plugins so make sure this is not the root of the problem as well.

I noticed this problem with the automatic start of the slider as well. Since I’m not a programmer I would rather not fix this by changing the code myself as you describe in your answer above. Do you know if this problem will be fixed an the next update, and if so, do you already have an estimated date for this?

Changing it needs no programming skills as it is basically a copy-paste thing. And if any error appears you can always replace it back with the original file.

This will not be part of the next update as the problem occurs only on some specific servers.
