It seems that the slider item allows me to select only one picture as background, and only the text is sliding.
I would like to select several images which slide with the text above them.

Do you know if it’s possible and how I can do this?

In fact, I would like the same thing as in the home regular in the demo page, but with the background image that slides also.

The slider is just a simple one. It is made to slide the content and it has no background image. So you can either slide images or content with images but the background will not be sliding.

You might try to add a custom class to the slide and then use custom CSS to apply a background image and some styling to it, but the final result depends on how the slider is used and we cannot promise that you will be able to get the exact result you want to.
