I would like to add other shortcodes in the social section-header. For example:

But shortcodes are not working. Please advice.

unfortunately header area for social icons accept only [social] shortcode. So there is no way how to use [button] shortcode in it.

What we suggest is to use this snippet, it will make your 3 buttons as icons and you will have text inside tooltip:
