First of all I was unable to find the access. Could you please provide it again in a private reply?

Secondly, it seems you have a virus or a malware on your computer which adds nasty code in interesting files for him. Please make sure to scan your computer and make sure you are not using any FTP program especially Total commander to upload your files as they will be infected.

We are unable to provide more info without seeing the actual infected file. Please share the access.

I am using filezilla to upload, i will deactivate all plugins (not that ones necessary for the theme) to see if I got the virus on ie was bring by other plugins

We just had a look at the site and cannot see the malware link there. I guess it has been removed already.

Maybe check your access logs, file modification dates and who has done the change of the file if any. Try to connect with your hosting provider in order to track what might have done the change. Maybe the server has been infected.

I have a doubt, maybe malware is on browser, i will check it more in fews days

I got another problem with ie8 and ie9 version. I can’t see the circles and the images shown above this section CARTOTECNICA, ETICHETTE, STAMPA, EDITORIA

I Know they are not very usefull, but my customer has that versions on his pc and he can see the website in a bad way

Is it possible to fix it?
