Please advise on how to resolve the issue.

There are 4 zip files you can download from the Marketplace and so:

– Demo data
– Documentation
– Child theme
– Theme files

Make sure you install the “Theme files”. The zip file should be called zimney.zip.
To be sure this is the correct file, it should contain a folder called “zimney” and the “style.css” should be inside.

Please also unzip the Documentation zip file and open the Zimney documentation where you can find a step by step guide how to set everything correctly.

Please let us know if you managed to install the theme successfully.
