I can’t understand, but when I edit a page I only can change the position of the page in the right box of page atributtes. I don’t have the posibility to change the type of the page, main or sub page.
There is another thing: in the menu edition there aren’t pages in the box of pages.
I don’t know what I have done but I am sure that I have this posibilities.

Once you have at least one “Page” created, when you create another one you will have a “Page attributes” field on the right and when you set the “Parent” it will make the current page to be a sub-page of the “Parent”.

There are no different types of pages as all are done using the same template and main page is the same a s sub-page in terms of structure.

The menu problem might mean that you have no pages created, just posts. Or that this “box” is not visible. Go to the right-hand side top corner, click on “Screen Options”, and make sure you have “Pages” check-box ticked.
