We’re working on a test site at the moment and can’t seem to get certain SVG icons working on mobile.

The problem seems to be with the set of 32 icons you can choose from – none of these will show. The set of 64 all seem to work fine.

I noticed in those posts it mentions that Safari cannot render the icons – although this issue does happen on iPhone (tested on 4, 4S and 5) and iPad (3, 4 and mini) it also occurs on Android based devices that aren’t using Safari (Galaxy Tab 10.1, Nexus 4&5 phones, One+, Galaxy S5) – is that the same issue?

If the problem happens to icons from the other sets then the problem might be related to your server’s configuration.

Does the problem also occur when you view our demo page?

Sorry for the late reply.

We have moved the test site over to our actual domain (https://piccana.co.uk), and are still having this problem (this is a new host).

These same icons appear missing when viewing your demo page (themes.ishyoboy.com/boldial/features) under the “beautiful colourful flat svg & portfolio icons” the top right icon in the 3×3 grid is showing a blank grey circle.

It appears that only icons from the “45-flat-icons set” are affected:

As replied earlier (here) the problem is caused exatly by that particular set.

SVG Icons Not work on Safari for Mac

We tried finding a workaround and fix the problem but the icons would need to be re-created from scratch. The solution solution would be not to use them and choose icons from the other 2 sets instead :(

Sorry for that but these are third party icons containing objects that some devices cannot render :(
