Text / Icon Separator not editing after update (latest WP & Theme)

Hi,

The ‘Text / Icon Separator’ not editing after update (latest WP & Theme).
The Visual Composer screen pop’s up but no data is loaded to edit.

Please can you help

Hey,

Just tested it out.. All works as expected.

Are you sure you updated all of these:
1. WordPress
2. NO8 Theme
3. IshYoBoy NO8 Assets Plugin

Also make sure to clear your browser’s cache memory as it might be doing unnecessary nasty things ;)

If the problem still occurs, please provide the link an maybe admin access for us to log in and see what’s wrong.

Hey,

There is a 500 Internal Error response from the server when editing. There might be some file missing or something related to other plugins. Check your logs.

Hi,

Many thanks for looking into this.
I am going thought online help to solve this problem.

Tried https://lee-jones.com/blog/fix-error-500-internal-server-error/

But no luck. Will continue looking for solution.

Can you please tell me how you knew it was
‘ 500 Internal Error response from the server when editing’ and the code you found.

This would be useful for debugging on this problem and future problems.

Hey,

Just used the Google Chrome’s “Inspect Element” functionality in the “Developer Tools” panel. The console shows JS errors etc.. When you switch to the network tab you can see all requests being fired and their responses etc..

Hey aptchoices,

First of all no google fonts are selected which generates JavaScript Errors. Either select a Google Font or a regular from Theme Options -> Font Options.

Secondly which element do you face problems with? We tested it and everything seems to work just fine.
