Have you changed its height via custom CSS or in Theme Options (Sticky Navigation Height in pixels)?

The height could be controlled using a media query in the Custom CSS Field if you want to control it on a given screen size only. Please provide a link where we can see it in action to help you with the code.

Sorry for the longer response time but we had to do a lot of testing in order to identify the problem. Could you please open the file:

wp-content\themes\no8\header.php

There you should find a line:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width">

Please replace it by:

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">
