I have noticed when I have tried to access my theme options to update some settings. The options screen is greyed out and I cannot access any of the tabs displayed. Everything I click on them they do nothing.

Please help and advise.

It seems as if you have a JavaScript Error in your back-end. You can easily inspect that using your “Developer Tools” in Chrome to see what’s causing the error.

This can usually be caused by a 3rd party plugin, generating an error. So make sure to disable all such plugins to test if the site works without them and then enable them one by one to find the disobedient one :)

Also make sure your theme got uploaded correctly and it’s not missing any file.
