i would like to see after a “image” on the bottom, the title of the image which is the filename. is there anyway to show this on my page?

when i select a “image” i set the title etc. an then i insert it, but there is nothing my title of the image!

Have you tried adding a “Caption” in the image’s settings? Could you please provide a link to the page where we can see it?

If not working, consider adding the image using a TextBlock element and using the “Add Media” button in it. This will definitely add the caption as well.

You need to remove the image and set it while choosing the image in its settings on the right column. But as mentioned our image element does not take it into consideration and we will add an option for it in the next update.

yes the image with the text block works correctly.
when i add a new image – not a textblock – then i set on the right column in the image settings the text. but there is no text under the image again.

it doesn`t make a different between editing an existing image or insert a new image.

so when i would like to see the text under the image – i have to use the text block?

There is a “Theme Update” tab under Theme Options. You will have a notification number once there is a new update.

The current theme version can be seen in the name of the Theme Options page. E.g: Boldial v1.2 or also under Appearance -> Themes.

The current version is 1.2 and the assets plugin is 1.2 as well.

if you have the latest versions (1.4) of both the plugin and the theme you should already be able to display the image caption as promised. It is disabled by default but each image shortcode has an option to display it.
