It’s not working on my installations. Others strings load translation correctly.
Translation of custom meta boxes in plugin IshYoBoy Kopy Assets works fine.

You can see problem with missing translation for example on this page. Text in custom boxes Page settings, Main navigation etc are not translated, even if other translations work. I’m using function load theme textdomain in child theme, but I also tried copy files to language dir in parent theme, and to language dir wp-content/language/. Nothing solved this problem.

I have translated custom post type and it’s working for their custom box.

Have I explained better? I’m sorry for my english, I hope you understand my situation.

Where exactly are you uploading your translation file? Have you tried adding it to the parent theme into the “language” folder? If you do so, do the translations work?

Did you set the language manually?

This is very strange. And how exactly have you set Czech language? Did you just upgrade to 4.4.2 from previous 4.3 version? We see that “Czech” is not available under Settings -> General -> Languages.

And could you please update the translation files to “kopy/language/cs_CZ.po”. PLease upload them to the parent theme and not the child one. We tried to access them but without success.
