Im not sure if Ive done this correctly. I received an email saying there was an update and when I clicked the link it took me to the inside of my account. I didnt see an update link so I just clicked download then all files and documentation.

Please download again the theme from your downloads section. You first need to unzip it as it contains not only the theme but documentation, demo data, etc.. Then just open the documentation and follow the update instructions in it.
