Updated configuration options not displayed

hi,
I am working with Boldial theme v1.8 and plugin v1.8 . When I update theme options they are not getting saved. I have the problem with google analytics and 404 save options.
First, when i submit update button it seems that options have been saved but when i refresh the page it appears as it nothing had been modified. Which could be the problem? It is strange because i think that some time ago it was working ok.
