I only found two other posts that were related to my issue now, but the resolution to the issues were always sent privately through email.

Basically I am trying to attach a URL to a button but every time I type out the URL or attach a URL to the button it turns out to the URL:Undefined.

Please help :(

Regarding the WooCommerce Color Plugin, maybe try to manually access wp-content/plugins folder via FTP and delete the plugin folder and then try to install it again.

Could you please share the URL of the page? If you have Boldial v2.0 activated and running (and v2.0of the assets plugin as well) the “link undefined” problem should already be resolved. We have it here and all works like charm.

The installed version of boldial on the mentioned server is v1.5 which was released long time ago. It needs to be updated to the latest v2.0 as mentioned.

Please download the latest package again from ThemeForest and follow the instructions in the documentation. Only once both the plugin and the theme are updated to the latest versions, clear your browser’s cache so the newest javascript files will be loaded. All will work smoothly then.

You need to log-in into your ThemeForest account under which you have purchased the theme. Then navigate to your downloads section and you should see it there with a big green download button :)
