By default a checkbox should align left followed by the label.
Now the checkbox seems to be aligned at the center followed by the label on a new line.
Using “Label first” option shows a left aligned label and on a new line a center aligned checkbox.
it seems that the Nalleto theme causes the problem. Even on a empty page.

yes we see that problem, it’s caused because all the input fields have set “width: 100%”. To fix it please add this short snippet into your “Theme Options -> General Options -> Custom CSS” field:

It will do the trick.

Is the code correct or is there another way to fix the width of the contact form?
