Now that I’m more familiar with the Kopy theme, I see that a blog post isn’t as customizable as a page, am I right (particularly the tagline area) ? Some previous topic shows it’s not, alright^^

But let me explain furthermore. I intend to publish (short)stories on my site. Would there be something “wrong” in using pages instead of posts to do so ? I lose features like “last posts” etc, but I can easily do it by myself, and I keep total control on the design, which apparently isn’t possible with a post.

using pages instead of posts is possible but it’s not good idea.
You will lose all features regarding post. ( not only “last posts” but also all details of post – date, author, likes, comments… and also blog overview page, categories overview page, tags overview page, etc… )

If you have problem with customization of tagline area, you can hide this tagline and create your custom tagline in content of post. And here you can use all page elements.
