I purchased the VC add-on Templatera but it does not work as it should because your VC is included in the theme and not as a separate plugin.

I see from other posts in the support here that this is the reason why and you advised to purchase the VC plugin and install it so I did.

However, it will not let me activate my VC plugin and gives me the following error message;

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare vc_is_editor() (previously declared in ../…/wpbakery/js_composer/composer/lib/helpers.php:713) in../ …/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/helpers/helpers_factory.php on line 206

Can you please advise how I can get the VC plugin to work with your theme so that I can use VC add-ons?

I really need this resolved urgently if possible.

Could you please send us a copy of them mentioned plugin to hello@ishyoboy.com so we could test it out and make it work?

Could you please specify which version of VC you are trying to install? Is it the latest 4.3.4 one?

The version of VC that I purchased is Version 4.3.4

The VC add-on is Templatera for Visual Composer on Steroids which is Version 1.0.5

I will email the zip file of the Templatera plugin now for you to test.

Yes we received it and made some tests with it. Thank you very much.
To make PageBuilder available with the current version of the theme please do the following:

1. Instal and Activate the plugin
2. Edit the file: wp-content/themes/boldial/assets/framework/wp/pagebuilder/ish_config/config.php

3. Edit the line:

'default_post_types' => Array( 'page', 'post', 'portfolio-post', 'ishyoboy_slides' )

and change it to:

'default_post_types' => Array( 'page', 'post', 'portfolio-post', 'ishyoboy_slides', 'templatera' )

This change will be part of the next update so you shouldn’t worry it would be lost. We’re also checking the latest version of VC in the meanwhile but this will take a little more time.
