When I add a row on a page and THEN click on the + symbol in the middle of the row to add more content, nothing happens. Aka, I can’t add content to that row. The ‘+’ symbol greys out and it doesn’t function properly.

Please advise.

Could you please provide a link where this happens and the an admin user credentials (in a private reply) so we can log in and check?

Are there any JavaScript Errors in the backend when this problem occurs? Are you viewing it on Chrome? Are there any JavaScript errors in the Developer Tools Console?

Thank you for the credentials. It indeed triggered a JavaScript error every time you clicked on the button.

The problem is that Visual Composer has a bug in its API and makes certain functionality not work correct. We have fixed this problem in the VC which is part of the theme along with a few other problem.

You were using VC as a stand-alone plugin which is fine but we have no control over its functionality so we could not fix this bug. We therefore strongly recommend to use the VC as part of the theme and not as a separate plugin.

We have just deactivated it. And it’s working fine now ;)
