i used a video background for one page of my site.

On Chrome and Firefox doesn’t works:

On Chrome i see only the color background i’ve set.
On Firefox i see only the Background Video Image – Mobile Devices
On Safari i see all correctly.

why?

P.S.: yes, i’ve the last version of multicorp template.

Please share the link of your page so we can have a look. Have you uploaded the video in both formats? Also, Is this on Minicorp or Multicorp theme?

Video rows are not available on mobile devices to save data traffic, thus the fallback image.

Firefox ok
IOS (Tablet): just initial pic of video, but not fallback image!

please tell what to do, this is not acceptable for my application, the rest usability of multicorp is a dream!

PC (firefox, safari) it runs the video

tablet, apple, first frame of video frezzes, thats all.

we’ve tested your page (and our Multicorp theme )and here are the results:

It is working without problems on
– PC -> Chrome, Firefox, Opera, IE11, Edge
– MAC -> Safari

The only problem what we found is on tablet and honestly we have no clue why. But we’re already investigating that and as soon as we have something we’ll notify you.

In the meanwhile please let us know where exactly is not working for you guys and also which version of the browsers you use.
