Just purchased this theme and threw out my other theme (Salient). What struck me right away is the fact that I cannot even add a footage background (video in background instead of a picture). I look everywhere, and checked the forums and there’s nothing written about it. This theme has everything but no capability to allow a video (aka footage) in the background?

Please let me know if I am just blind and didn’t spot the option. I’m also not talking about an embedded video box. I’m talking about full screen video (example https://instal.com/, just click web site background if the video doesn’t start).

Please help me! Thanks in advance for looking :)

Unfortunately we do not have a background video option for the row. We might add it in the future but right now you would have to add it by custom modifications :(

Unfortunately you will have to output the correct HTML and add additional JavaScript and CSS to make it work. It is quite a lot of work and testing :(

It can be done by updating the row template:
\wp-content\themes\boldial\boldial\assets\framework\wp\pagebuilder\ish_templates\vc_row.php

The thing is that this website, “ad4kids dot com” was able to do it on the Boldial theme. I was looking for this exact approach. Would it cost a lot of money for me to pay you to add this option for my website? I am currently working with a developer who I am not sure would know how to add this to my website.
