Visual Composer Add Ons

Hi,

I recently purchased a visual composer add on from codecanyon (Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer) and although it installs and offers the features in the page editor the actual add-ons are not working correctly. I have been to the support for this plugin and it has been suggested that some themes alter the original visual composer core files. Is this the case with the Boldial theme? And if not have you any suggestions for why the add ons plugin is not working.
