In any case do you have the visual composer installed as a plugin? The add-on is for visual composer plugin not the theme and our shortcodes so we cannot confirm it will work with them. If you install the plugin maybe you will be able to use the add on with the standard VC shortcodes.

Have you followed the installation instructions by the plugin’s author? Just install the plugin and the new content element will be available in the Page Builder.

basically, all plugins should work fine with our theme if they were written properly and according to WordPress guides.
We tested your plugin and works without any problem as well.
