Very sorry to hear you are facing such issues. From what you have explained we suspect a JavaScript error in the back-end, caused by a third-party plugin. Please try to eliminate all errors. You can disable all plugins and enable them one by one to see which one causes the problem.

If you are unable to track the problem, please create a new user for us using the hello@ishyoboy.com e-mail and tick the checkbox to send the password automatically to us. The user must have Administrator rights. We can then have a look and provide a more exact help.

P.S. Hope the “IshYoBoy Boldial Assets” plugin is installed ;)

Contact Form 7 should not generate any error. Please try to re-install it to see if this helps. If the errors continue, please provide the URL to the mentioned page and a username so we can have a look what the error is.

Please try to uninstall the Visual Composer plugin as it is part of the theme and thus it doesn’t need to be installed as a separate plugin.
