unfortunately this kind of functionality is not possible by default in Visual Composer. You need to set styles you want (font, color, headline) then save page and you can check the preview on live page (frontend).

Nope, this functionality is not in VC. You would have to create a special stylesheet which will be loaded into the TinyMVC editor used in the back-end in order to style the back-end, but this needs to be done manually via filter, hooks and of course it involves knowledge of how colors work in the theme.

This is advanced customisation & functionality.
