Seems like this might be caused by a “third-party” plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem is resolved. Then activate them one by one to see which one causes the problem.

when create a new article, the editor shows only text windows and not display the editor html. I have try to reinstall the WordPress CMS and the No8 Theme, but the problem is not fixed.

To fix it, just go to your current user’s settings and enable it as per the image above.
